“ Absolutely enjoyed our meal Fine Dining in Hopfgarten Tamara head chef and Monica owner and maitre d. So, so competent. Coconut soup amuse bouche so familiar Tom ka gai. Wayne’s World? Lovely table presentation of EVOO, nuts, housemade butter, taramasalata, etc. Superb sharing service. Split our two mains into separate dishes. Great presentation and plating Schnitzel as light as air Angus Steak very nicely cooked black and med rare. Lovely lego potato cubes. Overall attention to detail is mind blowing. Case in point the mens rest room with tableau at eye level of antique motorised bicycle with assorted oil cans, blow torch and other tools of the time. Good local wine list - excellent zweigelt examples. Monica’s management of service impeccable, timing, empathy, coverage of the whole restaurant without stress. And what a play list - Dean Martin, the Stones, Talking Heads, a cross section of everything great in the second half of the 20th century. Great fine dining experience. ”

“ I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. We came here on Christmas for dinner and were absolutely blown away by the service, atmosphere and quality of the food. This is the type of high end restaurant experience you would expect in a major city and to come across it in the beautiful (but small) skiing village of Hopfgarten was such a wonderful surprise. Everything from the timing of when the plates delivered, to the music and many recommendations provided made the evening perfect. Bonus points for how kind and accommodating they were with my partner and I who are not fluent in German (we conversed in English). I strongly recommend visiting this restaurant if you have the chance. ”

“ Last night we had another meal at our favourite restaurant, Zeitlos in Hopfgarten. After a delicious cocktail, a starter with buffalo morzerella and peach. Delicious combination that was new to me but that I will definitely try at home. Then a rossbeef that melted perfectly on the tongue. All this accompanied by a delicious red wine. A dessert with real Tyrolean snaps completed the evening. Tamara and Moni, always a pleasure and see you soon! ”
